Cat Frias is a dynamic content and copywriter. She is a passionate visionary who uses her talents and vast experience to make the changes she wishes to see in the world through the art of the written word. 

 

A dedicated writer across various specialties, including healthcare, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle, Cat believes in working directly with brands and agencies, large and small, who want to make the world a more colorful and spirited place for all.

An advocate for celebrating diversity and inclusion, Cat finds immense pride in being a mixed-race woman.

Her latest passion project, which extends outside of her immersive client collaboration, is the successful publication of her premier children's book, "You're Beautiful as Both."
